Castle of Chenaux

Build in 1392 by the chevalier Pierre and his brother Guillaume. From the three towers, there is only one who subsisted: the current pigeonry.

Humbert, the bastard of Savoie, acquired the fortress in 1432, who completed it by an advanced defense. The castle was set on fire during the wars of Bourgogne. Today the castle of Chenaux is occupied by the prefecture but there is always a possibility to do a tour, visit the donjon and of course let your imagination fly away...
