Built in 1869 and opened to the public in 1870, the museum of Payerne had different collections : animals, shells, insects and historical objects linked to the history of Payerne.
 

Build in 1392 by the chevalier Pierre and his brother Guillaume. From the three towers, there is only one who subsisted: the current pigeonry.
