The tower of Molière
Located on a high hill, this tower offers an extraordinary analogy with its neighbor from St-Martin du Chêne. These towers dominated the little villages during the whole middle age.
From the top of this tower, a pleasant view lengthens from both sides on the Swiss plateau and on the chain of the Jura. This tower also served to communicate with the tower of Gourze and the tower of St-Triphon. This way of communication lasted for centuries till the end of the bernois' regime. During the middle age an entire village was at the tower's feet with streets and entries. Today, only the tower remains.
