Healthy cooking class with advice on low toxicity food given by Sylvie Ramel

These workshops explore more specifically one of the many facets of hypotoxic nutrition. Focused on experimentation, their objective is that everyone should be able to familiarize themselves with both certain techniques and a new way of cooking, centred on products from organic farming, raw, unprocessed, at the same time colourful and gourmet.

18.11: Discovering algae
25.11 : Crunch germinated seeds and young sprouts
