Chalet with an exceptional view and close proximity to the lake. With a surface area of approximately 50 m2, it includes a living room and an equipped kitchen with a view of the lake, a bathroom with toilet and shower, 2 bedrooms, one with bunk beds.
It is completed by a south-west facing balcony of approximately 25 m2.
Ideal for a retired couple or a family of up to 4 people (2 adults / 2 children) careful and calm.
Parking space and lawn area available.
The chalet does not have a TV, Wifi or washing machine.
