It offers a varied menu card combining tradition and modernity with an emphasis on fish from Lake Neuchâtel, meats, other seasonal suggestions and game specialties in autumn.
Chef Olivier Marmier and his wife Annick offer three gourmet menus on the theme of tradition, gourmandise and gastronomy. The restaurant also has a vast selection of wines: from the region to prestigious vintages. Its beautiful shaded terrace allows you to enjoy a delicious meal outside.
