The Association Touristique de la Broye (ATB) replaces Estavayer-le-Lac/Payerne Tourisme on 15 June 2023. The ATB is a non-profit-making association whose aim is to take an interest in all matters relating to the promotion and development of tourism in the Broye district and the destinations of Payerne, Chevroux and Cudrefin.

The regional tourism association is primarily responsible for welcoming and informing guests, promoting tourism in the region, organising events and developing tourism products.
Supported financially by all the communes in the Broye district, the ATB concentrates much of its efforts on information and events, in particular by managing the Estavayer-le-Lac regional tourist office and working with the information point in the Payerne Abbey Church. Promotion and product development are carried out on a regional basis throughout the region.

OUR MISSIONS

  • To participate in the development of the region’s tourism strategy.
  • To welcome visitors and the local population and provide them with information.
  • To coordinate and carry out promotional activities aimed at customers from outside the region, highlighting the destination’s natural, historical, cultural and traditional assets.
  • To organise promotional actions for visitors from outside the region and create and commercialise new products.
  • To encourage, support, organise and coordinate local and regional tourism events.
  • To contribute to the establishment of framework conditions and institutional structures that encourage the development of tourism in the region in a sustainable manner.

OUR VALUES

  • We pay particular attention to the quality of our communication and transparent information exchange. Our aim is to build strong relationships with our partners based on sharing and listening.
  • We are also keen to combine team spirit with respect for individuals and collective choices. We attach great importance to collaboration with regional and cantonal tourism operators.
  • Curious and open to change, it is our desire to respond as well as possible to changes in the tourism sector. Our flexibility enables us to satisfy the different needs of our visitors with a high degree of professionalism.
  • We are constantly in search of innovation and new offerings in the field of tourism. We undertake to develop a form of tourism that meets the needs of the local population and our natural environment.
  • We always endeavour to achieve a more favourable outcome by bringing our capabilities under one roof while harnessing the different strengths and competences surrounding us. We make every effort to ensure that our differences benefit the entire region.
